Job summary

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability objectives for the division.
  • Be an active member of the Crawfordsville leadership team and oversee teammate development and training.
  • Communicate information across departments regarding safety, quality and production.
  • Report to the NTS Crawfordsville Operations Manager and uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards.
