Job summary

Nucor Towers & Structures Inc in Crawfordsville, IN seeks a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality, cost and productivity objectives while supporting our leadership team at NTS Crawfordsville.

You will coach and develop teammates, oversee training, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to safety policies and housekeeping standards across departments under the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, cost, productivity and profitability objectives for the division.
• Be an active member of the Crawfordsville leadership team and oversee teammate development and training.
• Communicate information across departments regarding safety, quality and production.
• Report to the NTS Crawfordsville Operations Manager and uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards.
