Job summary

CandyCo LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift to lead production teams and ensure safe, GMP-compliant output of scheduled orders. The role centers on directing Leads and their crews, promoting safety, and coordinating with QA and logistics to execute programs.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, English communication skills, and willingness to learn ERP systems such as SAP/ROSS/PLEX where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading production activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with SAP/ROSS/PLEX or other ERP is a plus or learnable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily activities of Production work area Leads and their employees.
• Prioritize the safety of our employees and create an environment that improves safety daily.
• Supervise production of scheduled orders to ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, Warehouse, Logistics to execute programs.
• Train and supervise Production staff personnel.
• Adhere to FIFO, HOLDS, and Expiry policies.
