Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support union employees in metal closures production.
• Ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and safety culture.
• Learn and apply SPC, SOPs, and productivity standards.
• Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency
• Mentor and assign work while maintaining labor contract compliance
• Foster a positive workplace and lead with clear communication
