National Pipe & Plastics is seeking a Blending Lead to supervise a team of blending technicians in our production facility. The role is hands-on and requires managing day-to-day blending operations, equipment setup, material weighing, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
You will coordinate with maintenance, manage blend inventories, and document processes. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and read safety materials.

National Pipe & Plastics, one of the largest PVC pipe producers in North America, is currently seeking a Blending Lead. The Blending Lead will lead a team of blending technicians. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for the day-to-day duties and tasks of the blending department. The blending lead will be responsible for setting up and operating all equipment and select materials required in the compounding operation to provide consistent material to extruders and maintain blend inventory.
