Our client in Millville, NJ, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Production Packer to support the production process. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The shift runs 8 PM to 8 AM with rotating days off, offering a stable schedule and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple injection molding machines following written instructions, visual cues, and computer interfaces.
• Conduct quality inspections based on specific written and visual guidelines to ensure product standards.
• Monitor machine operations to detect and address malfunctions promptly.
• Complete all required logs, data entries, and hourly checks accurately using computer systems.
• Assemble gaylord boxes for storage and transportation of finished products, maintaining safety and quality standards.
