Job summary

Manpower in partnership with Broadcom is hiring Night Shift Production Operators to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment at Broadcom, a leading semiconductor company. Training starts on Day Shift for two weeks, then you will work 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on C or D shifts with $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must pass a 7-year background check, and be able to work in a team while wearing cleanroom PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and verified.
• Must pass a 7-year background check.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or machine operation is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and following detailed instructions.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
• Work in shifts including night shifts; training on day shift first two weeks.

Shift Details (Night Shifts Only):

• C Shift:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
  6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  $22.00/hour

• D Shift:Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
  6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  $23.00/hour

Note:The first2 weeks of trainingwill be onDay Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED(Required and Verified)

• Prior experience inmanufacturing, production, distribution, or machine operationis a plus

• Willingness to work in acleanroom environment:
• Must wear cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, and safety glasses
• No makeup, jewelry, perfumes, or colognes allowed
