Night Shift Production Operators – Cleanroom Manufacturing (Semiconductor Industry)

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Company: Manpower in partnership with Broadcom

Manpower is hiring Night Shift Production Operators to work in a Cleanroom Manufacturing environment at Broadcom, a leading company in the semiconductor industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and develop valuable skills in the technology sector.

Shift Details (Night Shifts Only)

• C Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM? $22.00/hour

• D Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM? $23.00/hour

Note: The first 2 weeks of training will be on Day Shift :

Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required and Verified)

• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or machine operation is a plus

• Comfortable using computers and following detailed instructions

• Strong commitment to excellent attendance

• Reliable transportation

• Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment :

• Must wear cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, and safety glasses

• No makeup, jewelry, perfumes, or colognes allowed

• Consistent and stable work history preferred
