Job summary

Arclin USAis seeking a Production Operator E-EBS for the Hayward, WI facility to support night shift production of resins and related products. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work in a clean indoor environment on a fixed 12-hour Panama schedule with every other weekend off.

The role is entry level, full time, with opportunities for advancement and a pay rate of $21.84/hour plus a $3.00 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset.
• Able to follow Health and Safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Basic calculator use and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and loads raw materials and finished products following established procedures (tanker trailers, railcars, box trucks, and bulk trucks).
• Operates a forklift to load/unload raw materials (drums, totes, bags).
• Collaborates with management to meet the production and shipping schedule.
• Ensures procedures are followed to be in compliance with all regulations and corporate requirements.
• Participates in the Joint Health and Safety Committee to facilitate safety improvements.
• Follows all site rules and procedures as they apply to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
• Visually monitors processes within their area of accountability and immediately informs the Lead Operator of any deviations or abnormalities.
• Works in close coordination with the Shift Supervisor to accomplish the tasks needed to safely and efficiently meet production and maintenance schedules across all processes.
• Communicates and confers with the Shift Supervisor as well as with Technical, Supervisory, and Support Personnel to resolve process conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality.
• Responds to process alarms and interlocks promptly and coordinates timely confirmation and corrective actions to resolve conditions generating the alarms and interlocks.
• Performs Quality Control checks to verify production quality.
• Performs troubleshooting in the event of process deviations.
