Job summary

Sundigo Solar Manufacturing Inc., located in Lyerly, GA, is hiring Production Workers for our growing manufacturing floor. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role where teamwork and safety come first.

The position operates on a 6-day, 12-hour night shift (7pm - 7am) with overtime potential. Pay is $18.50 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week. Includes 5 days of PTO, and opportunities to develop mechanical skills on the assembly line.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory or manufacturing preferred; training provided.
• Familiarity with assembly processes, hand and power tools is advantageous.
• Ability to follow safety procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Perform solar panel assembly and production line operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent product quality.
• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.

Sundigo Solar is a newly established solar panel manufacturing company located in Lyerly, GA. We are looking for motivated Production Workers to join our growing team on the manufacturing floor. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that offers competitive pay and significant overtime earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform solar panel assembly and production line operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall team performance goals
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow all safety protocols and immediately report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues

Experience

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred ; training will be provided
• Familiarity with assembly processes, hand tools, and power tools is advantageous
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machinery maintenance are beneficial
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety procedures consistently

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday through Saturday schedule (Sunday off)
• 12-hour shifts per day (Night shift)
• Heavy overtime schedule with extended weekly hours available
• Overtime pay applies for all hours over 40 per week (1.5x rate)

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay

• $18.50 per hour (Night Shift)
