Job summary

Quality Harvest Foods Corp in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Line Operator for the Night Shift to manage and maintain production line equipment with precision and care. You will adjust machinery, assemble and organize equipment for each run, record speeds and weights, monitor production, and assist with changeovers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of production line experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read SDS and production records.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adjust equipment to maintain optimal production.
• Assemble and organize equipment for each product run.
• Record production speeds, weights, and data accurately.
• Monitor speeds according to the production schedule.
• Assist with changeovers: prep, clean, inspect, and adjust.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Promote safety and positivity on the production floor.
• Follow quality procedures to ensure product excellence.
