Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience demonstrating leadership.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing production or maintenance.
• Must communicate clearly in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production technicians on the night shift to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate work assignments and training, providing coaching and guidance.
• Report on performance and identify improvements to the production manager.
• Address machinery and quality issues with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures.
