Riverside Foods, a Lakeside Foods company, seeks a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Two Rivers, WI. You will guide a small team, ensure safe and efficient line operation, and uphold quality and food safety standards.

The role requires prior manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, operate a pallet jack, and perform basic math tasks. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate a manual pallet jack.
• Basic math skills for production tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 4–8 coworkers on Production II.
• Dump raw product onto the production line and manage flow.
• Stack pallets of finished cases and maintain quality.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, Preventative Controls and customer requirements.
