Job summary

Ventek Solutions, LLC is hiring a Production Associate II for the 3rd shift (10:45 pm – 7:15 am) at the Findlay, OH plant. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a starting wage of $20.34 per hour plus a $0.75 hour differential, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and teamwork.

You will be working with multiple teams to spot defects, assemble, pack, inspect and move parts, while adhering to Ventek’s policies and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety priorities.
• Pack boxes according to instructions and ensure proper labeling.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and move to designated area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and report quality defects.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Support Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
