The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 0–6 months manufacturing experience. Physical work includes standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed. You must follow safety policies and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and packaging of plastic parts.
• Run two injection mold machines independently by six-month mark.
• Process parts per job instructions; pack, label, and box for shipment.
• Enter information on log sheets every two hours as quality checks are made.
• Maintain accurate counts of accepted, rejected, and scrapped product.
• Alert supervisor to machine malfunctions or scrap issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized; operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
