Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Process Technician to join our manufacturing operations team in East Greenbush, NY. You will perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a strict cGMP environment.

You will identify off-nominal conditions, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate with Facilities Management during planned and unplanned events, upholding safety and continuous improvement across the production floor.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in Engineering or Construction Technologies; 2+ years of related maintenance for Process Technician II, or 5+ years for Process Technician III.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or a related role requiring mechanical skills.
• Commitment to compliance with regulatory, corporate, and site-specific policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a cGMP environment.
• Ensure safe, hands-on maintenance of plant manufacturing and support equipment.
• Identify off-nominal conditions and troubleshoot mechanical issues on manufacturing and utility equipment in a clean room environment.
• Complete daily Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance, coordinating workflow and documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment during off-nominal conditions, locating faults and performing repairs.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other departments during planned and unplanned work events.
• Bring a safety-minded focus and a drive for continuous improvement to everything you do.
