Job summary

Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Process Technician for Mukwonago, WI to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding processes. You will work with molding machines and auxiliary equipment, document changes, and communicate status to the team.

The role requires knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics, with 2–5 years of experience in plastic processing, and a commitment to safe, efficient manufacturing practices within a 2-2-3 shift schedule (6:20pm–6:30am).

Qualifications

• Requires 2-5 years of work experience and knowledge of plastic and plastic processing.
• Requires knowledge of how an injection-molding machine works.
• Understand and have good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Use OPM 20 system to troubleshoot process problems and document changes.
• Document processes and write maintenance/tool room work orders.
• Communicate machine and process status to operators and supervisor.
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area.
