Job summary

Bayer is hiring a Process Leader for Saxonburg, PA. The role focuses on daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, while ensuring efficiency, safety, and accurate records.

You will supervise team members, support continuous improvement, and partner with various departments to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include training, performance feedback, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3 years overall relevant experience in medical device assembly, mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• 1 year of quality control experience.
• 1 year of production planning or inventory control experience.
• Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated advanced problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills: effectively conveys problems, opportunities and results within and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of quality, shift and production records and data entry.
• Trains and/or directs the efforts of Ops or team trainers to ensure team members effectively perform job duties.
• Lead the development and execution of team improvement plans to achieve higher levels of operational excellence and performance.
• Provides day to day feedback, both recognition and opportunities for improvement to team members on their performance.
• Conduct/direct ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Supports ongoing continuous improvement projects.
• Assists in the process of implementing corrective actions to resolve performance issues.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all team members and support personnel.
