Jobot is seeking a 3rd shift Process Engineer for a growing manufacturing operation in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on safety, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence, with a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience.

You will drive process improvements, analyze data, lead root-cause investigations, and collaborate across functions to boost productivity and product quality while supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Green Belt certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing process engineering.
• Experience with data analysis and root cause problem solving.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
• Support safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Own critical manufacturing processes and improve reliability.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and R&D.
• Plan and evaluate process trials; implement sustainable solutions.
• Support capital projects and safety planning.
