Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within Nursing Home/LTACH markets.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and ability to independently resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate current or potential customer issues within the territory and propose solutions.
• Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services and address service concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage; assist with insurance/billing information requests.
