Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a registered nurse to provide skilled home health care for a patient in North Carolina. The night shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with either full-time or part-time options available. The role requires a current NC RN license, TB/chest X-ray clearance, and a current BLS card.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering prescribed nursing care, and documenting findings. One year of nursing experience is preferred.

• TB test or Chest X-ray required
• Current BLS card required
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
