Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document care using a tablet in the patient’s home and update records.
• Collaborate with patients, families and clinicians to achieve positive outcomes.
