Job summary

Sheridan Brimfield, a CJK Group company, is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep production lines running in the Press Room. The role includes paid training, cross-training across electrical and mechanical systems, and exposure to PLCs with opportunities for advancement.

The position offers a 12-hour night schedule with a shift premium and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, reliable and responsible.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
• Must have the ability to carry out instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Remove product bundles safely off Press using lift system.
• Properly stack skids in correct order.
• Participate in Make Ready (M/R) and hang plates.
• Check pagination and other quality checks once press is running.
• Help with Press wash up during change over.
• Demonstrate consistency in safety procedures including lifting techniques.
