Job summary

HOODZ International in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Technician to join our night-shift crew. No experience is required; you’ll receive paid, on-the-job training and learn the HOODZ method for cleaning restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems from kitchen to roof.

You will set up job sites, power wash using specialized tools, and manage inventory and vehicle loading. The role involves driving to client facilities and working independently with safety-first practices.

Qualifications

• Availability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass initial and ongoing background & drug screens.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Interest in hands-on, technical and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems, from the kitchen to the roof.
• Setting up the job sites as per HOODZ standards.
• Power washing and cleaning with specialized HOODZ tools.
• Inventorying, stocking, loading, and unloading vehicles.
• Driving work vehicles to clients’ facilities.
• Satisfying, independent work with minimal supervision during night shifts.
