Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience operating stamping presses in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate dies, presses, and auxiliary equipment.
• Collaborate with teams to support die development.
• Inspect stamped parts throughout production.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings

Basic math skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Effective communication

Ability to wear required PPE

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of Apprenticeship Program or equivalent manufacturing experience
