LeoForce in Sidney, Ohio seeks a Night Shift Press Operator. The role requires operating press equipment, interpreting blueprints, and keeping parts within tight tolerances. You will read drawings, set up orders, adjust tooling, and perform in‑process checks on a 4pm–4:30am shift.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma and 5+ years of press operation. Strong English, math, and problem‑solving skills are essential in a safety‑conscious, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years of press operation or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong blueprint reading ability.
• Experience setting up and adjusting tooling.
• Operation of basic metrology instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges).
• Math skills: decimals, fractions and basic formulas.
• Fluent in English with ability to interpret manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Standing, walking, bending during shift; lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and drawings.
• Set up new production orders on press equipment.
• Adjust tooling and press settings to meet part specifications.
• Run production orders through completion.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Use basic metrology tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Work 4pm to 4:30am Monday-Thursday.
