Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient-specific needs.
• Developing and modifying care plans according to standards and policies.
• Adhering to rules set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
