Job summary

Dayton Children's Sleep Lab is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist/RCP for night shifts (6:30p–7:00a, 7 nights/week). The role requires RPSGT and RRT licensure in Ohio, with an associate degree in respiratory therapy.

You will conduct sleep studies, score events, and provide QA feedback while supervising staff. Responsibilities include patient assessment, equipment calibration, and collaboration with the Medical Director to ensure top-quality diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services for

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in Ohio.
• Experience in conducting sleep studies, sleep staging and scoring per AASM standards.
• Ability to provide QA feedback and performance improvement input.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine sleep study needs and plan treatment.
• Perform polysomnography, EEG, MSLT/MWT, and oxygen/ventilator titration.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment and implement new modalities.
• Oversee supply inventory and mentor/ supervise new sleep technicians, providing coverage as needed.
