Job summary

Medford Medical Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to join the sleep medicine team for a full-time night shift. The role involves performing comprehensive overnight sleep studies, monitoring patients, and collecting accurate physiological data to support diagnoses and treatment planning.

The ideal candidate will hold an Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist license (or Respiratory Therapist license) and a BRPT credential (RPSGT or CPSGT), plus a current BLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum education requirement).
• License in Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist or Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist/Respiratory Therapist, required on hire.
• National credential: RPSGT or CPSGT through BRPT, required on hire.
• Current BLS certification (AHA), required on hire.
• Able to work a full-time night shift.
• Strong understanding of sleep study procedures and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate diagnostic recordings and patient care overnight.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies and monitor patients during testing.
• Collect and verify physiological data to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with sleep medicine physicians, respiratory therapists, and staff.
• Ensure accurate recordings and patient safety throughout overnight studies.
