Job summary

Dal-Tile is hiring a Quartz - Polish Line Operator for the 2-2-3 night shift in Dickson, TN. You will operate equipment safely, load materials, and perform quality checks in a busy tile manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
• Ability to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
