Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a production team member for the 6:45PM–7:00AM, 2-2-3 shift in Tennessee. You will operate equipment safely, stock lines, weigh and mix ingredients, and load/unload machines to keep lines running.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and monitor production equipment safely.
• Able to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stock lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
