Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a PIT Operator on the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am) at our Omaha, NE facility. You will operate powered equipment, scan items accurately, and support inbound receiving and trailer loading in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

We value teamwork, safety, and process excellence as you help manage our supply chain operations. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required, with overtime as needed. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence and the supply chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
