Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a PIT Operator to safely operate forklifts and move pallets in a fast-paced facility. You will perform daily equipment checks, maintain logs, and ensure loads are secure while upholding safety and quality customer service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and the ability to work the Sun-Wed 7:30pm–6am shift. A valid driver’s license may be required; compensation is $15.50–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED.
• Six months related experience and/or training.
• Forklift certified and safety training certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move pallets safely in the PIT area.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain logs.
• Ensure loads are secure and properly managed.
• Maintain a clean, organized PIT area and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures and assist with shift tasks as needed.
