• One (1) combined year of experience working in a manufacturing, pilot plant, and/or laboratory environment within a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain pilot plant equipment and processes per 3M standards.
• Perform complex tests, tasks, and experiments as needed.
• Support experimental and production runs with a safe working environment.
• Maintain documentation and produce necessary reports.
• Identify defects and adjust machinery to meet specifications based on test results.
