Pro Resources is seeking reliable 3rd Shift Packers for a leading manufacturer and distributor of semi-trailer parts in Lebanon, IN. This is a temp-to-hire role offering medical benefits and opportunities for advancement.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:20 AM, with occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include picking, receiving, and packing parts, storing inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Steel-toe Boots required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Pick, receive, and pack parts accurately for shipment
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
