Job summary

PepsiCo in Fayetteville, TN is hiring a warehouse picker to operate label/print machines, ACE erector, and to load and unload products for distribution. You'll use technology to select and pack Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos according to orders.

You will work Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, from 8pm to 6am, in a fast-paced environment with exposure to temperature changes and loud equipment. Training is provided to ensure accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push and pull products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in high temperatures, humidity, loud equipment and slippery surfaces.
• Operate automated warehouse equipment and use technology to pick and load products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor label/print machines to ensure no jams.
• Operate auto case erector (ACE).
• Empty Carton Recycle, which requires organizing cartons and putting usable cartons back into the GES system.
• Ensure proper cart handling and storage throughout the warehouse and within trailers.
• Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
