Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking aDelivery Associate to operate on a rotating schedule with evening hours to service various healthcare facilities. The role involves loading, delivering radiopharmaceuticals, scanning orders on a handheld tablet, and ensuring on‑time distribution to customers on a defined route.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and comfort working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Delivery driving experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to drive in all weather, day or night.
• Able to sit, stand, stay mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and overtime availability.
• Proficient with computers and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-CDL).
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers.
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigation.
• Processes packages returned from customer locations.
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs.
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required.
