We are seeking a Night Shift Pest Control Coordinator in Southern California to lead our overnight operations and ensure top-tier service to commercial clients.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial pest control, a valid Branch 2 Field Representative License, and a willingness to obtain an AIB certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial pest control experience.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an AIB certification.
• Active Branch 2 Field Representative License.
• Strong rodent control expertise.
• 5 years of clean driving history.
• Proven customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift team and ensure nightly objectives are met.
• Service sensitive commercial accounts including hospitals, hotels, and production plants.
• Prepare reports and handoff to day team.

YOUR SCHEDULE

When working as a Night Shift Pest Control Coordinator, you can expect to work full-time, overnight shifts while servicing sensitive commercial accounts (healthcare facilities, hotels, food production plants, and more).

YOUR TIME AS OUR NIGHT SHIFT PEST CONTROL COORDINATOR

Your shift kicks off with a quick team huddle to review objectives and prep for the night ahead. With your route set and supplies ready, you hit the road, ensuring protocols are followed and compliance standards are met at every stop. From checking in with hospital staff to addressing kitchen concerns at major hotels and production plants, you're the go-to problem-solver. As the night winds down, you wrap up by compiling reports, ensuring the day team is set up for success.
