Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a part-time Patient Care Technician to support nursing staff in Shawnee Mission, KS. You will assist in patient care, take vital signs, and document in the electronic medical record while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Grad or Equivalent and BLS CPR certification; 1+ PCT experience is preferred. Night shifts with AdventHealth values and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv is required.
• 1+ applicable PCT experience is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs and enter into EMR.
• Maintain clean and safe environment and follow safety/PPE policies.
