You will participate in performance improvement activities, maintain a clean environment, and assist teams to ensure high-quality care for diverse patient populations. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent [Required].
• BLS CPR certification required.
• CNA or CPCT/A or NCPCT or PCT-C or EMT certification required.
• 1+ PCT experience preferred.
• Background screening per Florida Level 2 rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per policy and age-appropriate procedures.
• Respond to clinical emergencies as needed.
• Support quality standards and performance improvement efforts.
• Follow isolation and safety guidelines and use PPE appropriately.
• Assist in nursing care under RN supervision and document steps.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team.
