Responsabilidades

• Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients to their rooms.
• Transports patients with assistance and ensures safety.
• Documents intake, outputs, vital signs, and weights as per policy.
• Collects and labels specimens for the lab.
• Reports status changes to appropriate staff promptly.
• Acts as liaison between patients, families, staff and medical personnel.
• Maintains accurate patient records and unit census.
• Responds to patient call lights and addresses needs.
• Keeps patient areas clean, safe and comfortable.
• Assists with activities of daily living as ordered.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
