Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients, nursing units, and staff.

The role requires completion of a CNA/MA program or equivalent experience, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. The work schedule includes 6pm-6am shifts with varying days of the week as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a certified nursing assistant program or certified medical assistant program
• Or 1 year experience as a nursing assistant in a comparable healthcare facility
• Or nursing student who has completed the first semester of the nursing program
• Or documented military experience as a medic/corpsman
• Or foreign nursing graduate not currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support card required
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
