Job summary

Cook Children’s in Prosper, TX is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide competent and compassionate care under RN/LVN supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one of several qualifying programs (CNA, Medical Assistant, nursing clinical, EMT, or PCT training).

Current BLS is required, with a 7:00 pm–7:00 am schedule and 24 hours per week. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and strong customer relations as part of a patient- and family-centered care team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA, MA, nursing program involvement, EMT, or PCT training may be accepted as qualifying.
• Current BLS certification as required.
