Job summary

Landmark Hospital of Joplin LLC is seeking dedicated Patient Care Technicians/ CNAs to join our acute-care teams in Joplin, MO. The role focuses on direct patient care, vital signs, and documentation under licensed nursing supervision.

The position offers Full-Time Night Shift with a generous benefits package, including PTO and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, plus flexible scheduling and free parking.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Certification (Certified Nursing Assistant for Missouri) (preferred).
Current BLS - Required upon hire.
1 year healthcare experience (hospital-level experience highly preferred).
Organized, detail-oriented approach and strong team mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform basic care skills under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, intake/output, catheter care, CPR, restraint management, and bowel/bladder training, with documentation in the patient record.
Support licensed nurses in meeting patients' needs across personal hygiene, skin care, grooming, rest, activity, nourishment, body mechanics, elimination, and psychosocial support.
