Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual activity to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports with accurate details for leadership and site contacts.
