Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
