Job summary

CORE, a nationwide occupational medicine provider, seeks experienced Paramedics to join the Port Arthur, TX area team. These are full-time, temporary night-shift positions offering competitive benefits and salary.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, administering first aid per regulations, assessing injuries, coordinating with medical facilities, and maintaining high clinical standards. Must hold EMT-P certification and state registration or NREMT, with CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• Paramedic (EMT-P) State Certification and/or National Registry; reciprocity proof required.
• EMT/Paramedic experience, 911 response preferred.
• Current First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification; additional certs are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administer basic first aid and medical support per policies and regulations.
• Assess injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for next steps.
• Coordinate with client and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to changing worksite environments.
• Maintain quality, clinical standards at all times.
• Document findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
• Remain professional under stress.
• Assist Site Safety Managers to maintain a safe work environment.
