Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to transport product between the cooler and packaging areas. You will track net weights, label with date and shift, and help uphold quality and USDA standards.

The role requires English literacy, physical endurance for 8–10 hour shifts on hard flooring, and the ability to pass pallet jack and POET tests. Effective teamwork and adherence to company policies are essential.

Formación

• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods (8-10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform inspection on a pallet jack.
• Must pass a pallet jack test to receive pallet jack license.
• Must pass a level 2 POET test to perform job.
• Maintain management standards.

Responsabilidades

• Transportation of product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler, as well as other packaging areas
• Track and record net weight of bins/pallets of product and label with the correct date, shift, and product description
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements
