Night shift differential

Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia-Pacific company, is hiring for Packers at the Jonesboro, AR facility. You will pack products, perform quality checks, label and stack boxes, and keep a clean, safe work area. The night shift runs 6:55pm–7:00am with a $0.75 differential.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months manufacturing experience) and basic device use. Prior experience in manufacturing helps, and exposure to fast-paced environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products and components at a set production rate.
• Perform quality checks and follow packaging specifications.
• Label, tape, and stack boxes for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support Machine Operators during start-up/shutdown.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and endure up to 12 hours in a loud, industrial setting.
