Job summary

OnTrac in Franklin, MA is hiring a part-time Package Handler to support the warehouse team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries, with a Sat-Wed 2:30am–8:30am shift. Pay is $19.00 per hour, with premium pay on select holidays and eligibility for a supplemental plan.

The role includes a 401(k) with company match and access to an Employee Assistance Program. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 75 pounds in varying warehouse

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency for safety instructions.
• Ability to stand and move in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
