Job summary

Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant for inpatient care on a 7 on/7 off night schedule (7pm–7am). In this role you will assess and manage hospitalized patients, follow established standards, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

A PA license, NCCPA certification, CPR, and credentialing requirements must be met. Minimum education is graduation from an ARC-PA accredited PA program; one year of hospital rounding experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the ARC-PA.
• Current PA license, NCCPA certification, CPR, and state clearances.
• One year hospital rounding experience preferred; none required.
